The hotel was fairly clean with good location directly opposite a church and luxurious rooms. Location: the property was short walk to restaurants as well as bus station. Plus, Momina Banya was not too far away from the hotel.

Particularly good setting, right by Bulgaria. Also, right next to a beautiful church. Very impressed with twin room with a double bed. Climate control, a mini bar, and a TV were nice:)))

The hotel's marvelous and unbeatable location was so close to the beautiful, historic Hisarya and the bus station. It was just a maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the lake from the hotel.

The hotel is of a very high standard and beautifully designed. We really loved the spa facilities which are included in the room price which not all hotels are in Bulgaria. The staff were excellent and made you feel welcome and valued. Would definitely come back. The Swedish massage is one of the best I have had...Highly recommended. Thank you xxx

Very helpful staff --provided maps, tourist information, and other assistance. Good selection of tasty food at breakfast. Great view from our room of the main church in town.
Noisy party in the restaurant blasted music until 01:00. Not for those who enjoy peaceful solitude.

Good value for money. Small, cozy hotel. Nice decorated. Clean. Nice restaurant, decent breakfast.
The staff speaks English poorly. The stench of cigarettes in the room. Not easy to reach the place with gps (they put wrong coordinates on the site), almost impossible to reach the place with exact address.

Nice location, fancy furniture, good brackefast
Unfortunatelly there were not enough towels in the spa, we had to ask the reception to bring us towels, only one per person, and-the towels had big holes, were too often washed or too old for a **** hotel. The same problem about bath gowns and sheets...The children of the hotel boss were screaming, springing and swimming in the spa pool, no place for hotel guests.
